7-Simple Questions

Something Doesn’t Feel Right — and You’re Trying to Understand Why

This isn’t about figuring anything out yet. It’s about noticing what feels different.

Something feels different → Am I imagining it?

Something may have started to feel off — not all at once, and not in a way that’s easy to explain.

Conversations might leave you second-guessing yourself.
Reactions may not match what you remember.
You may find yourself replaying moments, wondering if you misunderstood, overreacted, or imagined things differently than they actually happened.

You might even be thinking, “Did I imagine everything that feels different?”

You don’t have to be certain.
You don’t need proof.
You don’t need the right words yet.

These questions aren’t here to figure anything out —
they’re here to help you notice what’s been happening and how it’s been affecting you.

If something feels different, that matters.

Sometimes, what begins as warmth and charm can slowly shift into something that feels confusing or not quite right.

The 7-Questions is here to help you pause and notice what’s really happening — without labels or judgment.

As you move through each question, simply notice how it feels. Does it feel healthy? Do you feel like yourself?

Awareness can begin with small realizations — and every one of them matters.

True awareness arises from a moment of stillness and courage—the willingness to ask, reflect, and see things as they are.

If you’re unsure what you’re noticing or why things feel difficult to name, the page that I created explains the patterns that often underlie those experiences.

7 Questions to Help You Notice What’s Been Changing

Awareness often begins with a single question

You don’t need to answer these out loud or keep track of anything.
Just notice what happens as you read.

1. After conversations with this person, do you often feel confused — as if your memory or perception might be off?

2. Do you find yourself apologizing, even when you’re not sure what you did wrong?

3. Are you more careful with your words than you used to be — worrying about how they might react?

4. Have you started doubting your decisions, instincts, or sense of self?

5. Do you feel more isolated than before — less connected to friends, family, or support?

6. Do you feel emotionally drained or on edge more often than you feel calm or at ease?

7. Are you holding onto hope that things will go back to how they were in the beginning?

How you answer the questions is meant for you to become aware of what might be happening.

If one question stood out, that’s enough for now.

There’s no score. No outcome. No “results.”

If these questions stirred something, you don’t have to rush.
Awareness often begins quietly — by noticing patterns without trying to fix them yet.

If you’re finding yourself wanting to understand these patterns a little more clearly, there is a next step available.

The Deeper Self-Assessment offers more space to explore what you’ve been noticing — at your own pace, without pressure or conclusions.

If you arrived here looking for answers

You may have landed on this page because something didn’t add up.

Maybe you’ve been searching for explanations.
Maybe you’ve been questioning your memory, your reactions, or your judgment.

This page isn’t here to tell you what’s happening — or to convince you of anything.

It’s simply a place to slow down and notice what feels different now compared to before.

If even one of these questions felt familiar, that’s worth paying attention to.

Making Sense of What You're Noticing

Sometimes, the feelings behind these questions are connected to long-term confusion, inconsistency, or emotional strain — but you don’t need to name or define anything right now.

Simply noticing when something no longer feels the way it once did is a meaningful first step.

You’re not alone in this. Many people begin here — not because something is “wrong” with them, but because something around them has changed.

There’s no score, no right or wrong answers — only awareness, and how you feel in your own body and mind.

If even one question stirred something inside you, that may be your inner voice asking to be heard.

If you want to explore what you’re noticing in more depth, a Deeper Self-Assessment is available when you’re ready.
